We are a Hip Hop performance company. Our dancers receive comprehensive training in preparation for regional and national dance competitions. The Industry company members are given opportunities to perform at public events, local venues and JLA’s annual recital.

We have created an inclusive dance company that involves ALL of our local dance communities! Our mission is to offer elite training to current and aspiring local dance team members, collegiate team dancers, dancers interested in the commercial dance industry, current JLA students + MORE! Dancers are exposed to all aspects of the dance world, including conventions, commercial dance experiences and top choreographers. It is our hope that when our dancers leave this program they are well equipped for a future in THE INDUSTRY.

Dancers may participate in one or all of our elite programs once accepted. Requirements are based upon the age and level of the dancer, as well as whether the dancer is participating in one or more of these programs.
